Team Expertise – Our team has more than 50 years communication industry experience and nearly 80 years business experience. We know what you are going through and can help you find the right solution for your needs and problems.

Ownership – Whether we are assisting you with a network redesign, assisting one of your clients with a network change, or working on a service or billing issue, we will own the item through to completion every time.

Support – If you have ever had to call in to customer service with your current provider then you probably know the definition of frustration! We support all of the billing and service change needs for our clients directly out of our office so you are working with someone who is intimately familiar with your business, not a nameless customer service representative.

If you have a service problem, we are there as well. We strongly recommend that you contact the service providers technical support department first, but once the ticket is created we will leverage our internal relationships to escalate any recurring issues or delayed resolutions.

Management Team

John Berardi, President

The TruPoint founder, John is a telecommunications professional with 14 years in the industry. After graduating from UCF, John began his carrier working directly for telecom services providers, earning President Club Honors with multiple carriers. John then moved to the indirect sales channel in 2006 and built the network services arm for AMG Systems before founding TruPoint in 2009. John has served on the advisory board for 2 National master agencies and is currently the Vice President of the Orlando Network Exchange.

Todd Kozak, Telecom Network Specialist

Todd brings over 15 years of industry experience. Most recently earning Presidents Club top sales honors at a Regional Cable provider for the past 9 years, Todd started his technology carrier selling web hosting dedicated servers, managed services & colocation. Todd heads up our network services group, is an Winter Park Leadership class 24 alumnist, is active in the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and serves on the SAC committee of his daughter’s middle school for the past 2 years.

Curtis Malocha, Customer Relations Manager

Curtis brings nearly 20 years of customer service management and corporate training experience to TruPoint Communications. Working in telecommunications for the last three years, Curtis has been able to leverage his engineering background, USF business degree, and management experience to provide unparalleled support to our direct agent partners and customers.

Dominic Berardi, Customer Relationship Manager

Dom brings over 40 years of business and customer relations experience to TruPoint Communications. After owning his own company for 20 years, Dom spent the next 15 years as the Vice President for Florida Barter in Tampa. Dom heads up the newly formed customer retention and relationship team and also serves on North Sumter County Utility Dependant District board.
